A private 6-month program designed to transform stress, overwhelm, and anxiety through the power of awareness, practical wisdom and self-care.

I’ve designed this program to uncover and breakthrough your blocks, creating positive change in your life, in your work and in your relationships.

9 Points of Awareness combines the science of psychology with the wisdom of mindfulness.

The 9 individual points of the Enneagram present a clear path to move out of the conditioned habits anchored in your childhood, to the beauty and grace of your essence.

To embody this change, we’ll create a personalized meditation plan. I will also teach you how to integrate awareness and creativity into your daily life, allowing your personal presence to expand and grow with my support and guidance.

During our 6 months together, you’ll learn exactly where and how you are stuck, and what’s necessary to step into a better life.


When you enroll in 9 Points of Awareness you’ll receive:

Stress Less Personal Retreat

My 3-hour Stress Less Personal Retreat begins our work together by helping you clarify your goals and challenges. We’ll identify where you are stuck as well as the positive changes you would like to make. Finally we will create your plan using guided meditation, awareness exercises, and the knowledge of the Enneagram.

1:1 Coaching

The program includes 18 one-hour coaching sessions (3 per month). Sessions are available in person at my Boulder office or using Skype or phone.

Guided Meditations

You’ll receive a guided meditation training created for you, to download and practice every day.
