How the Stress Less Retreat works

  • We meet at my studio and meditation garden, in beautiful Boulder, CO. We can also meet via Skype, or on the phone if you live far away and it’s more convenient for you.
  • You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move and breathe in. Yoga or workout clothes are preferable.

  • 3 60-minute sessions of customized training in meditation, mindfulness and awareness, tailored to your needs and level of experience.
